Once your order is placed please allow 1-3 day for processing and all orders will be delivered in 3-5 day via USPS. You will recieve a email with your tracking number once your lashes have shipped. If you have any problems concerning your order please contact via customer service email [email protected] All orders considered lost, damaged, or delayed must be addressed within 10 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date. 

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
